King of the Rock awakes.
A slow start to our winter swell here on the east coast of Australia delayed the start of the event which was welcomed by a se swell just inside the winter window. This year saw some fresh new faces taking on some head high bombs and deep barrels with stand out south coast local lad Mannix Squires getting a 10 for a late long barrel that had the frong of supporters screaming.

Eventual Winner was local Billabong sponsored Lennox Smith putting on a hard fought battle against another local Jarred Szele.
